Everything is handmade by our partnered expert print technicians and seamstresses in London. Our designs are printed onto the fabric, which is done with eco-friendly inks and the best printing techniques available. When you receive our pillowcase, you can simply remove your pillow from the existing bedding and give your room an instant refresh.

Machine wash at 30°c for best results. It's fine to tumble dry but no ironing is required if left flat to dry.

Wash at 30°C, low tumble dry heat, hang to dry, do not wring, low heat iron.

We handmake your item on site, which takes on average 1-3 days. In rare cases when we need to re-print an item, this may take an additional 1-2 days.

Shipping Method & Delivery Time

Free International Shipping & Delivery

  • Free International Shipping: Approximately 10-15 working days from the date of shipping confirmation. Delivery time depends on the shipping address and may vary.

Flat Rate Shipping & Delivery

  • Flat Rate (Europe, Australia & New Zealand, CA, EFTA, JP, US, Worldwide): Delivery may take 5-10 working days.

Royal Mail Services & Delivery

  • Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver in 1-3 days with tracking.
  • Royal Mail Special Delivery: Aims for next working day delivery.
  • Royal Mail Saturday Delivery: Delivered only on Saturday.

All Royal Mail Services require a signature upon delivery. These times are for delivery only and do not include the manufacturing time for your item(s).

    Please note that delivery may take longer than the specified timeline. If there is no update in shipping more than 20 working days since you received the Shipping Notification via email, please contact us at hello@studiocyl.com as we are here to help.

    Tracking Orders

    To track your order, visit the Order Status page linked in your Order Confirmation Email. You'll find the tracking number there, which will redirect you to the tracking page for your item(s).

    Undelivered or Returned Items

    Customer Responsibility

    • If the return or delivery issue is due to the customer not picking up the parcel on time or providing an incorrect address, we will resend the item. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the replacement in these cases.

    Our Responsibility

    • If the return or delivery issue is due to our mistake or a logistics issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

    Taxes

    • For goods valued at less than £15, you should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.
    • For goods valued at more than £15, they are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This means you may need to pay local sales taxes and customs duties upon the arrival of your order. You will need to cover these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.

    Please note that CYL is unable to advise on the amount of these costs and cannot accept responsibility for them.
