Royal Mail Services & Delivery
- Royal Mail Tracked 24: Aims to deliver in 1-3 days with tracking.
- Royal Mail Special Delivery: Aims for next working day delivery.
- Royal Mail Saturday Delivery: Delivered only on Saturday.
All Royal Mail Services require a signature upon delivery. These times are for delivery only and do not include the manufacturing time for your item(s).

Tracking Orders
To track your order, visit the Order Status page linked in your Order Confirmation Email. You'll find the tracking number there, which will redirect you to the tracking page for your item(s).
Undelivered or Returned Items
Customer Responsibility
- If the return or delivery issue is due to the customer not picking up the parcel on time or providing an incorrect address, we will resend the item. The customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges for the replacement in these cases.
Our Responsibility
- If the return or delivery issue is due to our mistake or a logistics issue, we will either issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost to the customer.

Taxes
- For goods valued at less than £15, you should not be charged additional duty, taxes, or fees.
- For goods valued at more than £15, they are shipped on a DDU (delivery duty unpaid) basis. This means you may need to pay local sales taxes and customs duties upon the arrival of your order. You will need to cover these costs to release your order from customs before it is delivered to you.
