Pastry Shares for Christmas

 

 It is festive season now in everywhere. We know everyone is preparing their festive table for their delightful people. We are introducing easy pastry share in 2 ways, just like pizza! There are 2 versions, sweet and cheesy. Watch the video and try those. It is so easy but delicious and everyone will love those. You will never regret to serve your people.

For the fruit pastry share, you can layer any fruits you want to arrange, but we recommend berries or seasonal fruits, fresh and delicious, especially in winter. And don't forget the mascarpone cheese spreads! It will enhance the fruits and crust's taste.

 

 

For the cheesy pastry share, you can add an extra topping or different cheese. We recommend brie cheese with cranberry sauce and fresh basil with tomatoes. It was perfectly sweet, soft and fresh taste.

Ingredients
Serves 4

- Fruity Pastry
Plums 150g (3)
Clementine 100g (2)
Blueberries 1pack
Raspberries 1pack
Mascarpone 250g
Puff Pastry Sheet 1
1 Egg
Icing Sugar
Honey

- Cheesy Pastry
Cranberry Sauce 250g
Sliced Ham 90g
Brie Cheese 200g
Plum Tomato
Fresh Basil
1 Egg
Black Pepper
Parmesan Cheese

Methods

- Fruity Pastry
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF
2.  Slice the plums thinly and peel the clementines (also prepare other fruits you want to arrange.
3. Mix the mascarpone cheese with sugar and spread on the puff pastry sheet entirely.
4. Arrange the fruits you have prepared beautifully.
5. Fold the outline of the pastry sheet such as pizza crust and egg wash on the top.
6. Bake in the oven, heated 200ºC/400ºF for 15minuits or until the crust is golden brown.
7. Take out from the oven and sprinkle the icing sugar and honey on the top.
8. Serve and enjoy together!
- Cheesy Pastry
1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF
2. Spread the cranberry sauce on the puff pastry sheet entirely.
3. Layer the sliced hams, brie cheese, plum tomatoes and fresh basil then egg wash on the crust.
4. Bake in the oven, heated 200ºC/400ºF for 15minuits or until the crust is golden brown.
5. Add black pepper, salt, and fresh basil.

6. Serve and enjoy together!
