Makes 4 Fig Toasts
Carb Zone's 'Low Carb' Toast
Hovis' Lower Carb Toast
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Mozzarella 100g
3 Fig (100g)
4 Slices Parma Ham
8tbsp Mascarpone
32g Wild Rocket
Salt
Pepper

Ingredients

Light Butter (Light Plant-based Butter)
2tbsp Ricotta Cheese
Light Whipped Cream Spray
9 Raspberry
Honey

Methods
Fig Toast
1. Sprinkle the olive oil on the toast bread.
2. Place the mozzarella, parma ham, mascarpone and figs on bread.
3. Bake in the oven, 220℃/420F for 15 minutes.
4. Take out from the oven and sprinkle the wild rocket, salt, pepper and extra virgin olive oil.
5. Serve and enjoy!
Raspberry Toast
1. Toast the bread with light butter or plant-based light butter.
2. Spread the ricotta cheese.
3. Place the raspberry regularly.
4. Spray the light whipped cream spray.
5. Drizzle quality honey on top.
6. Enjoy!
